Project Overview
blueBriX is a no-code/low-code digital health platform developed by ZH Healthcare. Designed for healthcare providers, digital health innovators, and pharma companies, the platform enables rapid deployment of telehealth, EHR, analytics, billing, and AI-powered automation workflows. blueBriX offers HIPAA/GDPR-compliant tools that support patient care, regulatory compliance, and administrative efficiency, making it a foundational product for digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
ZH Healthcare aimed to roll out a structured, intuitive self-service documentation portal for blueBriX, with the help of an in-house information architects’ team and a technical writer from Teknosys Solutions.
This included:
- Configuration guides for healthcare administrators
- User workflows for clinicians, coordinators, and back-office staff
- Onboarding manuals tailored to different healthcare personas
The Objective:
Empower healthcare users to self-navigate the product with minimal dependency on support, reduce onboarding time, and improve documentation-driven adoption.
